Luke launched SW19 in 2005 having worked within estate agency locally since 1998. The first office was established on Merton Road where business thrived and the SW19 presence expanded further into Wimbledon town and Colliers Wood. 

Living in Wimbledon and being a local face in the community has played a large role in the growth of the business. ‘Those people locally that know me will know that SW19 aside, my big passions are sports cars and formula one racing. I also enjoy participating in charity half marathons and bike rides around the country.’ 

From an early age it was Luke’s goal to own his own business. His drive is maintained by the people within his team who help to motivate and encourage new business each day. A typical day begins at 6.30am and finishes at 8.00pm. The challenges and the rewards within the industry are as inspiring now as they were when SW19 first began.

Clare Painter

Calm and organised, Clare excels at customer service, manages HR and handles all non-sale areas in the business. A level headed go to person, Clare works hard and enjoys the day to day interaction with everyone. 
‘I love walking and running over Wimbledon Common. The green open spaces, the pond, the woodland, it feels as though I am miles from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet it’s right beside all of the energy and vibrancy that London has to offer.’

Alison Adcock

Property Manager

Organised and attentive, Alison manages over several hundred properties with her support team for the lettings portfolio. ‘I really enjoy looking at the properties around Wimbledon Village, seeing some very pretty & unique houses/buildings. The atmosphere in Wimbledon when the tennis is on is incredible. It’s just brilliant being local to the area and able to walk into the centre to enjoy the buzz.’

Ray Benjamin

Accountant

Ray handles the day to day accounts duties and payment of rents to land lords. Ray is a big fan of the Wimbledon tennis tournament, so much so that he was once a ball boy there. ‘During the summer I enjoy watching the tennis on Henman Hill. If there’s not a space to sit there then there is great coverage of the games at Centre Court shopping centre.’

Andy Fisher

Originally from Derbyshire, Andy moved to London in 2012. With 10 years experience across Sales and Lettings, Andy was appointed Valuer/Lettings Manager with SW19 in 2015. He currently resides with his wife in Woking, Surrey, and is yet another keen sports enthusiast to join the team. Unfortunately for us, he says, we have to put up with his broad Derbyshire accent.

Ryan Davies

With a methodical and well organised approach, Ryan is a great attribute to the SW19 sales team. Based at our Colliers Wood branch, Ryan oversees all aspects of sales from carrying out valuations right through to the excitement of selling. ‘As a big sports fan I’ve always been proud to work in SW19 and I love working in and around the village especially when the Wimbledon tennis championships are taking place.’

Rita has worked in hospitality management for 12 years where she learnt a number of transferable skills, namely her ability to manage time and communicate well, dedicated customer service and working with budgeted sales targets. In her spare time Rita enjoys the gym and dining with close friends.

Hailing from Romania originally, Maria has resided in London since 2009. She has been working in the property industry since 2002 and has experience within both sales and lettings. Enthusiastic and well traveled she has worked across Europe in Spain, Italy and Greece.

Jacqui Elie

Jacqui looks after property lettings and has worked in estate agency for 12 years. ‘I enjoy working in lettings and meeting with new people as well as seeing an array of properties on a daily basis. Each day presents new tasks to complete or solve and this keeps me on my toes each day. Experience teaches you how to best handle the work and the variation of jobs each week definitely holds my interest, it’s hard to predict what’s going to crop up next.’

Hayley Higgs

Hayley’s role involves speaking with all parties involved during a sale transaction and sourcing all of the relevant information needed to guide a sale successfully towards completion. Selling your home can be a stressful time, our sales progression team work hard in order to minimize these stresses and make the experience as pleasant as possible. 

Hayley offers a 24 hour helpline to any of her clients in the process of buying or selling a property through SW19. ‘I received a call from a lady whom I sold my first property to, she would like to sell their house due to her family expanding. It’s always nice when people revert back to you because they had a nice experience working with you.’

Jess joined SW19 at the beginning of 2014 to assist with all areas of graphics, branding and marketing. Her previous experience was working for a large design and communications company in central London.
‘I love the area, transport links into the city are good and driving to the south coast to visit some of England’s prettiest beaches makes this a great place to live.’

Emma assists the SW19 team every Saturday with all administrative jobs. During the week she works as a full time nanny/ house keeper in Wimbledon. In her spare time Emma enjoys the theatre, exploring London and sunny holidays abroad.
